Vida's Shrimp Spaghetti


APO: Avocado Pepper Oil

RPO: Rosemary Parsley Olive Oil

1/2 cup Diced onions

1/3 cup Green Peppers

1/4 cup Minced Garlic

1/3 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese

1/3 cup Shredded Mozerella Cheese

1/2 tsp Hot Sauce

1 box of Spaghetti Noodles

1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms

Violet Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning 

1lb of Ground Turkey

Prego Spaghetti Sauce

1/2lb Gulf Shrimp

3 cups hot water


Broil hot water with 1/4 cup of each oil with sea salt in large pot. Sautee peeled gulf shrimp in pan with APO and add RPO until fully cooked. Mix turkey and green peppers and onions, with the garlic add app and rpo to the sauce pan. Add turkey mix and brown on medium heat. Add the ground turkey once fully done to the shrimp, then add the Prego sauce. Mix and stir in the hot sauce along with the cheeses. Serve the sauce on top of the noodles with garlic bread and a bottle of Red Sparkling Wine.




Lavender Lemon Cake


LPO: Lavender Pepper Olive Oil

Yellow cake mix

1/2 tsp Dried Lavender buds

1/3 tsp Melted sea salt butter

3 eggs

Dash of flour 

Spray oil

Bundt pan

Vanilla Icing


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray bundt pan with spay oil and then dash it with flour in all crevices. Mix all ingredients except icing and dried lavender in a bowl. Whip all until no lumps are visible or minimal. Evenly pour all mix into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour then ice it fully sprinkle lavender buds on top. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream as desired.


Vida's Lime Chicken Fajitas


APO: Avocado Pepper Oil

Fajita bread

Boneless Chicken Breast



Green Peppers

Minced Garlic

Tostitos Medium sauce

Shredded Cheese

Shredded Lettuce


Cut all chicken in medium squares. Sautee all ingredients in pan except the lettuce and the cheese with oils and  brown the meat. Lay the lettuce on the side of the bread and new the cheese, finally lay the chicken next to the ingredients and drip it with the Tostitos salsa. Fold the bread into a wrap and smash as desired. Cut in half and serve.
